Three days with Karl Lee — Australia's Cup Tasters Champion 2025 and 2026 World Cup Tasters Championship representative — hosted at Ida's by Charlotte Puxley Flowers, Singapore. A hands-on intensive in tasting, brewing and competition craft. Take a single day, or save with all three. Every day includes a coffee networking & mingling session.
Day 1 · Wed 8 July — Cup Tasters Masterclass 10am - 4pm — $200 $320
A masterclass for Cup Tasters competitors: train with Karl's own practice routines, learn how he builds competition preparation in the run-up to a championship, and hear what it took to compete on the World stage — with a strong focus on visualisation and training aids.
Day 2 · Thu 9 July — Sensory for Competition 10am - 4pm — $250 $400
Built around the official WCC Brewers Cup score sheet, attribute by attribute; what judges reward in attention to detail, coffee knowledge and presentation; and how to choose a competition-ready coffee.
Day 3 · Fri 10 July — Brewing Practical Workshop 10am - 4pm — $300 $450
Brew and score your own coffee on the official sheet, calibrate your palate alongside Karl, then adjust, re-brew and taste to refine the cup.
