From 12pm–4pm, we’re putting the full lineup of coffees Jonno brought back straight from farms in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai on the bar. Come sip these fresh beauties while they last!

Then, stick around for two back-to-back Public Cuppings — a proper deep dive into processing and flavours:

4:00pm → Thailand Cupping All the wild and wonderful Thai lots (anaerobics, yeast experiments, naturals & more) $10 per person

5:00pm → Panama Showcase Our latest haul of absolute stunners, including the legendary GW-16 from Santa Maria Doña Geña $25 per person (worth every cent for these Geishas & rare processes!)

Spaces are limited, pets welcome as always 🐶, and it’s the perfect way to spend a chill Saturday afternoon in our Zen corner of Gillman.
