An intimate, ticketed tasting built around the last of our competition Geisha — the Buenos Aires 5ANC lot from the Peterson family at Hacienda La Esmeralda, Panama, that carried us to the Singapore National Barista Championship finals.

Over 45 minutes, you'll taste all three competition courses we built — espresso, milk, and signature beverage  — while we walk through the story behind this year's routine: losing the warmth of the craft, and finding it again through the team and at home.
